What the device module does
Every device is a record with a history. Everything attached to it stays in one place.
Every maintenance plan generates reminders and tasks. Upcoming work shows up in the maintenance calendar or the task list, completed work is ticked off with notes or reports attached. Intervals can be adjusted whenever the manufacturer's recommendation and day-to-day reality drift apart.

How you manage your devices
From a new device to the status report — four steps that repeat with every device.
1. Add the device
Enter name, serial number, manufacturer, purchase date, warranty and site.
2. Set up maintenance
Choose the type and interval, set the due date and the person responsible.
3. Report an incident
Capture time, problem, immediate measures and everyone involved when something fails.
4. Generate the report
Pick the period and devices, generate the report, export as PDF or Excel.
